  Mobile Drying Machine (MDM), an innovation in the field of industrial drying equipment, has been developed by PyrolysisEco Ltd engineers specifically for use of the dryer in conjunction with our Mobile Pyrolysis Machine (MPM). The MDM is part of the Mobile Waste Recycling Unit (MWRU).

    The MDM can also be used as separate drying equipment for certain types of bulk, granular raw materials: sand, peat, expanded clay, sawdust, lignin, poultry and swine manure, various types of grain, seeds, etc. Our drying equipment finds its individual application in various branches of food, chemical, construction, paint and varnish industry, powder metallurgy.

GENERAL SCHEME OF PROCESSES IN A MOBILE MODULAR SCREW DRYING MACHINE

 

One of the methods of industrial drying of bulk materials is thermo-convective drying in a continuous moving device. Moisture from the bulk material or ground waste is evaporated due to the combined effect of the heated surfaces of the moving device and the convective flows of the hot heat transfer medium.

The weight of MDM (max. 9 tonnes) and its dimensions (max. HxWxL: 6058x2438x2896 mm) allow it to be easily transported to the areas where feedstock is processed.

 

 

  • The MDM is assembled on a single metal frame.

  • Drying of bulk materials or ground waste is carried out continuously due to the movement of waste through the heated working space of the drying reactors.

  • The movement of waste (feedstock) inside the drying machine is carried out by means of a continuous moving device.

  • The MDM is a separate construction. The feed of feedstock to the MDM can be arranged either manually or mechanically, by means of a screw conveyor and/or some other conveyor.

  • The modularity of a mobile drying machine is characterised by the fact that it contains internally connected assemblies (units), which can be added, according to the objectives set.

  • Waste (feedstock) to be dried in the mobile modular screw drying machine should, when needed, be ground to a certain size fraction.

  • When the mobile drying machine is used in conjunction with the mobile pyrolysis machine, the hot gases discharged from the pyrolysis furnace of the MPM can be the heating medium for heating and drying the feedstock.
