One of the ways of waste decontamination is thermal decomposition, that is the decay of chemical compounds into smaller particles under the influence of temperature. As a result of pyrolysis, liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons (pyrolysis fuel and pyrolysis gas) are obtained, and solid charred substances (semicoke) remain in the residue.

The modularity of the mobile pyrolysis machine is characterised by the fact that it contains internally connected assemblies (units), which can be exchanged for analogues ones with different engineering characteristics, allowing various objectives to be achieved.

Waste (feedstock) to be recycled in the mobile modular screw pyrolysis machine should, when needed, be ground to a certain size fraction and dried to the required moisture content.
The mobile pyrolysis machine can be completely independent of external fuels and energy sources. It can run on its own pyrolysis fuel or gas obtained from the recycling process on the machine.
Capacity (estimated) of one industrial mobile pyrolysis machine ranges from 10 to 55 tonnes per day depending on the MPM model, type of feedstock and its density.
If there is a need to recycle larger volumes, there is an option of using several mobile pyrolysis machines in one complex (modular principle).
