The Mobile Waste Recycling Unit is designed to recycle and dispose pre-ground waste and feedstock with various, including high (up to 80-85%) moisture levels and is capable to recycle waste from public utilities, municipal, industrial, and agricultural enterprises.
The MWRU can be used for recycling used car tyres, sewage sludge, biomass, contaminated soil, wood chips, sawdust, rice husks, poultry and pig manure, and many other wastes that can be pyrolyzed.
MAIN BENEFITS OF MOBILE WASTE RECYCLING UNIT

Best ratio on the market in terms of price/performance/dimensions (mobility)

Autonomous operation without external energy sources
Energy from waste

Solving environmental problems. Disposal of various types of waste.
Ecological safety for people and environment

High profitability and quick payback
Payback period is no more than 18-20 months

MWRU is universally applicable to different types of feedstock or waste

Simple design, high maintainability and replaceability of parts and assemblies
GENERAL SCHEME OF PROCESSES IN A MOBILE WASTE RECYCLING UNIT
One of the methods of waste decontamination is through thermal decomposition - the breakdown of chemical compounds into smaller particles at temperature. As a result of pyrolysis, liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons (pyrolysis fuel and pyrolysis gas) are obtained, and solid charred substances (semicoke) remain in the residue.
Mobile Waste Recycling Unit can be completely independent of external fuels and energy sources. It runs on its own pyrolysis fuel or gas from the recycling process on the machine.
Recycling of waste or feedstock can be carried out continuously around the clock as well as at stoppages in the recycling process, for example, in the absence of feedstock (waste) or when needed. The equipment can be operated for 350 days a year.
For maintenance, the unit is stopped for 2 day per month.
