Current receipts of municipal solid domestic waste and wastes accumulated in dumps and landfills consist of 70 and more percent of organic substances (food, paper, wood, cloth, leather, rubber, polymers).
This project involves recycling of current and accumulated wastes into electrical power.
Processing technology consists of the following operations :
- Crushing of waste;
- Thermal decomposition (air-free pyrolysis) of waste;
- Grinding of solid components of pyrolysis ;
- Separation (gravitational , magnetic , electrostatic and electrodynamic ) of shredded solid components with division into ferrous and nonferrous metals, coal char and mineral components ;
- Condensation of the gaseous mixture with separation into combustible gas , liquid hydrocarbons and water ;
- Mixing of liquid hydrocarbons and the char to obtain slurry fuel;
- Burning of slurry fuel in the combustion chambers of gas turbine power plants based on aircraft engines to obtain electric power.
Technological equipment plant has a block-and-modular design and is housed in a fast-track building not higher than 10m.
The building is equipped with a forced ventilation and a photochemical neutralizer of harmful agents in vent gases.
Manufacturing process is ensured by battery power.
