Pyrolysis –is a thermal decomposition of many organic and inorganic compounds. In a narrow sense, decomposition of organic natural compounds with oxygen deficiency (wood , oil products and other things) . In a wider sense - decomposition of any compounds to its elements: less heavy molecules or cells at a temperature. Pyrolysis results in synthesis gas and solid carbon residues.
One of advantages of pyrolysis is that the process is relatively insensitive to the type of raw material. Using this technology, we are able to process unsorted municipal solid waste, sewage sludge, oil refuse, paper pulp, mixed plastics, rubber and tires, wood waste , hospital waste, etc.
Our mobile pyrolysis machine for processing mixed waste demonstrates excellent results to control emissions of harmful substances such as dioxins, which are far below the level set by the relevant legislation.
Synthesis-gas resulting from pyrolysis may be used to generate power and coal char, in its turn, is widely implemented, ranging from dust consumption , and ending with all sorts of fillings.
